As summer comes to an end, many of us are looking to refocus on our health and well-being. We know it’s not always easy, so we’ve partnered with one of our own instructors to develop a 21-Day Challenge to help you start feeling like your best self!
What’s the 21-Day Stronger, Fitter, Faster Challenge?
The 21-Day Stronger, Fitter, Faster Challenge is your chance to reset, renew and embrace a healthier, more active lifestyle with the support of both a community and a dedicated personal trainer. Whether you’ve struggled with workouts, food or motivation, the 21-Day Challenge is designed to guide and inspire you to develop sustainable wellness habits that stay with you well past the end of the program.
There’s no dieting, detoxing or insane training schedule involved, just healthy eating, regular workouts and access to a fitness professional to help you along the way.
Through a mix of workouts, weekly meal plans, and an online community group, you’ll find the information and support you need to start (or reinvigorate) your wellness journey. You choose the classes you like, the recipes that fit your dietary preferences and your questions about fitness and wellness to an experienced trainer.
Your three objectives during this Challenge will be:
- Improve your overall fitness
- Eat better
- Develop a more positive mindset toward fitness and food
- BONUS: Set an extra personal goal that I (and the community!) can support you through
You set your own personal goals at the beginning of the challenge; these can be anything from losing a few inches to becoming strong enough to do a push-up. We then spend the next three weeks helping you to achieve them. Come join us!
When Does The Challenge Start?
On 26th September 2017! You can take this challenge at your own pace, and the online community will always be there to support you.
How Do I Get Started?
All you have to do is sign up here. We’ll then add you to the 21-Day Stronger, Fitter, Faster Challenge Facebook HQ which will have all the info you need: class schedule, meal plans and how to get started. If you have any questions at any time, your trainer Chardet will always get back to you within 24 hours!
Who Will Be Training And Supporting Us?
Chardét Durbin is a Brazilian-American PT and group fitness instructor with experience training clients around the world from New York and Rio to London. In the last ten years, she has trained in everything from ballet to capoeira and brings a unique twist of each into her training style. Expect to be challenged by her workouts but also to laugh, smile and feel inspired to accomplish more.
